What is Ads.txt?
Ads.txt is an initiative of the Interactive Advertising to promote and increase transparency in program advertising. This is an easy way for Adsense publishers to clearly show buyers who are authorized to sell their inventory.
Actually for Blogger Ads.txt already existed before but now you can edit Ads.txt as you wish and for friends who get a warning message like this
Your earnings are at risk - One or more of your ads.txt files do not contain an AdSense publisher ID. Fix this problem now to avoid serious impact on your income.
In the Google Adsense dashboard , Google advises you to enable Ads.txt on your blog.
How to Enable Ads.txt in Blogger?
To enable Ads.txt on Blogger, my friend can set it in the Blogger Dashboard > Settings > Search preferences > Monetization > custom ads.txt > Then click edit select Yes and fill in the following code in the ads.txt column
google.com, pub-0000000000000000, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0
Replace pub-0000000000000000with your Adsense ID then click Save changes .
Adsense ID can be found on your Google Adsense dashboard as in the example below
To check whether Ads.txt is active, you can check in the browser search tab with a link like this
https://www.marwat-tech.com/ads.txt
Replace marwat-tech with your blog address.
For those of you who have a blog with a sub domain from the main domain, you don't need to activate this Ads.txt. Enough only on blogs with the main domain activated
